You will drive governance, mentor teams, and translate customer needs into scalable, reusable integration patterns, leveraging AWS and modern middleware.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of work experience in technology integrations.
• 7+ years of work experience in technical leadership roles.
• Experience with integration of healthcare core administration platforms (Claims, Enrollment, Provider).
• Experience with onshore/offshore models and dynamic collaboration with customers.

Responsibilities

• Solution technical architecture for customer delivery programs
• Integrate Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Authorization, Payment systems
• Ensure architecture governance compliance
• Collaborate with customer, partners, and internal product teams
• Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvements and emerging technologies
• Ensure repeatability and reusability of integration design, process, and code
• Leading technical architectural conversations with customer and internal teams
• Mentor technical staff
