Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Business Solutions Engineer to identify operational challenges and design, build, and support technology and process solutions that improve performance across the organization. This role partners with business leaders and operations teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and governable solutions.

Responsibilities include defining success metrics, developing prototypes, integrating systems via APIs, and enabling adoption through training and change

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Six or more years of experience in business systems, solution development, or related fields.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business applications, workflows, or integrations.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering solutions from concept through production support.
• Experience using workflow/low-code platforms such as ServiceNow, Power Platform, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
• Experience with SQL, databases, APIs, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and define requirements.
• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain business solutions.
• Develop prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation and lifecycle management.
• Build system integrations and data models to support operations.
