Job summary

Ryan seeks a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify business challenges, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that drive efficiency and client value.

The role performs requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. Mentoring and collaboration are key to high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field and professional experience.
• Experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations; provide status updates.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Configure, test, and support business and technology solutions per requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Information Systems or related field

3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, or related services
