Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager to build and deepen a portfolio of large business clients. You will provide tailored banking solutions, manage credit opportunities up to $15 million, and cultivate referrals to increase primary bank share.

In this role you will develop a robust network, work with internal partners, and ensure exceptional client experiences while maintaining risk controls across client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong current business network with involvement in community organizations.
• Self-directed with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence others and interact with clients at all levels.
• Knowledge of deposit, cash management, and business credit underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of business clients and prospects with revenues typically >$3MM.
• Provide tailored business banking solutions and manage opportunities up to $15MM in credit.
• Deliver a high-touch client experience and broaden relationships across Chase resources.
• Grow portfolio by prospecting and leveraging referral networks and centers of influence.
• Develop internal partnerships to identify new opportunities for all partners.
• Understand client needs and deliver appropriate personal and business financial solutions.
• Onboard clients with end-to-end delivery of accounts and services; utilize service teams.
• Ensure risk controls and regulatory compliance are maintained in client interactions.
