Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager Senior to deepen relationships with large, profitable business clients. You will manage a portfolio of 80–100 clients and provide customized banking solutions, deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $15 million, while maintaining a strong risk and client experience focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting with commercial credit training.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients’ issues, own problems on clients’ behalf, and follow through with commitments.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.

• Manage a portfolio of 80–100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; provide deposits and cash management solutions and credit opportunities up to $15M.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by tailoring banking solutions to client needs.
• Use knowledge of finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote optimal solutions.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients and referrals to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
