Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain, and deepen a portfolio of ~70 business clients with annual revenue >$3MM, providing deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15MM.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and proactive financial advice to clients.
• Grow portfolio through targeted prospecting and referrals, leveraging internal partners across branches and wealth management.
• Conduct in-person visits to clients, prospects, and centers of influence to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals and coordinate with branches/wealth teams for solutions.
• Onboard clients end-to-end with treasury products and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and risk-management standards.
