Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core business products/services and how business needs vary by industry.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to assess risk and decide when to escalate or handle independently.
• Ability to balance daily priorities to meet business objectives.
• Proficiency with MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients with tailored banking solutions.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote solutions for profitability.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their places of business; review strategies with management.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients to cultivate long-term, primary banking relationships.
• Identify client goals and link with partners across lines of business to meet needs.
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and adhering to risk management protocols.
