Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Business Relationship Manager I in our Business Banking team. You will manage a portfolio of new and existing business clients, delivering financial solutions, education and advice to improve client experience and risk management.

This role emphasizes building relationships through in-person calls, coordinating with partners, and identifying growth opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of BRM or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit, core products and services with understanding of industry variations.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and escalate when needed.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks to achieve business objectives.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with revenue of $1–$5 million; handle deposits, cash management, and credit up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to Chase clients based on their financial needs.
• Use business and finance knowledge to identify and promote profitable solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain and build relationships per process.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client needs.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
