Job summary

Netradyne is seeking a Senior Business Process Manager to drive enterprise-wide process and systems transformation across GTM, Finance, Operations, and Support. This role bridges business stakeholders and the Business Systems Group, leading discovery, documentation, and UAT to enable scalable, global processes.

The ideal candidate has deep BPM, data-driven decision making, and change-management experience, with in-office attendance in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business process management, systems analysis, or program delivery.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite environments.
• Strong knowledge of system integration across Salesforce, ERP, and third‑party apps.
• Experience leading multi‑team, cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and document end-to-end business processes across multiple value streams.
• Lead automation projects using Salesforce, NetSuite, Tableau and other core technologies.
• Develop testing plans including UAT and enable change management.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure scalable, global solutions.
