Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst Lead to serve as the functional lead for discovery, analysis, and design across multiple Agile workstreams. You will mentor analysts, facilitate executive workshops, and ensure consistent application of BPI methodologies and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Seven (7) years of experience conducting business process analysis, process improvement, or modernization initiatives.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams or managing large-scale process improvement engagements.
• Demonstrated experience leading development of current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process models.
• Experience facilitating executive interviews, stakeholder workshops, and cross-functional working sessions.
• Proficiency in BPMN, swim-lane diagrams, journey mapping, UML, IDEF, or similar methodologies.
• Strong experience documenting business requirements, functional requirements, and operational procedures.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and deliverables.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with executive audiences.
• Experience supporting Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery environments.
• Must be US citizen.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Must be able to work from the client office in Washington, DC and Guidehouse office in Tysons Corner, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business process discovery interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
• Oversee development of detailed As-Is process maps, workflows, journey maps, and dependency analyses.
• Validate process documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Analyze operations to identify redundancies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvements.
• Synthesize findings across workstreams to identify enterprise-wide patterns.
