Asana is seeking a strategic Business Process Manager in San Francisco to architect GTM tech stack transformation and own end-user CPQ experiences. You will partner with Sales, RevStrat, ET, Deal Desk, and Finance to design scalable, AI-ready workflows and manage CPQ enhancements across the GTM stack.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and the Sales Cloud ecosystem, alongside CPQ design experience.
• Strong systems-thinking perspective mapping data flows and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevStrat, ET, Deal Desk and Finance to design scalable, AI-ready workflows.
• Own CPQ strategy, requirements gathering and adoption health of our CPQ platform.
• Scope and manage enhancements to the Salesforce Opportunity object and broader GTM stack for data integrity and alignment.
• Execute end-to-end UAT by writing test scenarios and establishing a reusable framework for future releases.
• Resolve handoff failures across system integrations to optimize downstream operations.
• Deliver transparent updates on timelines, success metrics and roadmaps to stakeholders.
