Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to coordinate IT project teams, define and validate requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

You will work with clients, product and technical teams to develop data mappings, test plans, and performance reports while ensuring delivery of measurable client value and adherence to SLAs. Fully remote options from Contiguous US are available.

• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, data mapping specifications, test plans, and validation activities

Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledgeable liaison between clients, project managers, product teams, and technical staff to define, document, communicate, and validate business requirements and expected impacts.
• Work with clients to develop business specifications and requirements for technical projects, enhancements, and operational initiatives.
• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes, data flows, reporting solutions, and technology capabilities that support client objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for new and existing requests and translate them into actionable business and technical specifications.
