Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business/IT.
• 3–5 years IT experience in business/process analysis and requirements.
• Experience leading analysis sessions and translating needs into requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead business and technical analysis sessions for new development efforts.
• Understand data challenges and the business context of the client.
• Act as liaison between the department and other business units.
• Align stakeholders on business requirements, system requirements, and strategy.
• Provide analysis support for PM, development, and QA teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare and document business and functional requirements, including use cases and data needs.
