Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst to drive operational excellence and growth. You will partner with executives to align initiatives with strategy using data-driven insights and performance management.

You will help build an IT Services portfolio cataloging system and lead cross-functional efforts to optimize ROI and cost efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field is required or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, or related roles driving measurable improvements.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI/Smartsheet and enterprise tools is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to executives.
• Experience working within IT organizations or IT-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution to optimize ROI and evaluate business cases.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs to identify efficiency opportunities and drive improvements.
• Oversee budgets, OpEx/CapEx, and technology investments to reduce debt.
• Consult with IT leadership and business units to develop action plans and support service management.
• Champion emerging technologies and drive IT modernization initiatives across the enterprise.
• Develop documentation such as white papers, process flows, and SOPs for continuous improvement.
