Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Business Process Analyst I for on-site work in Fountain Valley, CA. You’ll support IT sales operations, improve cross-team coordination between sales and client business units, and maintain CRM hygiene to drive deals with enterprise customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and several years of IT sales/operations experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with Solution Architects and account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/IT or related field
• 3 years of experience in IT sales operations and coordination
• Strong communication and sales operation skills
• Experience in communicating with enterprise customers

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks and improve coordination between internal sales/account management teams and Client Business Units (CBU's)
• Collaborate with primary points of contact and Solution Architect to close outstanding items for CBU and KAM organization
• Maintain opportunities in CRM and ensure CRM hygiene
