Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Business Process Analyst I for on-site work in Fountain Valley, CA. You’ll support IT sales operations, improve cross-team coordination between sales and client business units, and maintain CRM hygiene to drive deals with enterprise customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and several years of IT sales/operations experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with Solution Architects and account teams.

What are you going to do?

• Manage tasks and help with improved coordination between internal sales/account management teams and our Client Business Units (CBU's).
• Work jointly with the primary point of person(s) and Solution Architect(s) to ensure completion and attainment of all outstanding items for the CBU and the KAM organization.
• Manage and maintain opportunities in CRM and ensure CRM hygiene.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT or related field
• 3 years of experience in IT sales operations and coordination role
• Strong communication and sales operation skills
• Experience in communicating with enterprise customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
• Enterprise client experience
