Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Business Process Analyst I (Business/Sales Support) in Fountain Valley, CA. You will help manage tasks and improve coordination between internal sales and account management teams and our Client Business Units.

You will collaborate with primary points of contact and Solution Architects to close outstanding items for the CBU and the KAM organization, and you will manage and maintain CRM opportunities ensuring data hygiene.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT or related field.
• 3 years of experience in IT sales operations and coordination.
• Strong communication and sales operation skills.
• Experience in communicating with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks and help with improved coordination between internal sales/account management teams and our Client Business Units (CBU's).
• Work jointly with the primary point of person(s) and Solution Architect(s) to ensure completion and attainment of all outstanding items for the CBU and the KAM organization.
• Manage and maintain opportunities in CRM and ensure CRM hygiene.
