Hyundai AutoEver America seeks a Director, Engineering - Sales Applications in Irvine to lead strategy, delivery, and operations for dealer portals, consumer websites, warranty and parts systems, and Sales applications.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Dealer Operations, Warranty, Digital, and Aftersales teams, drive roadmaps, modernization, governance, and KPI-driven improvements, and manage budgets and vendors in a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of enterprise app and digital platform experience with 12+ years in IT leadership.
• Experience supporting Dealer Portals, customer-facing websites, Warranty, Parts, and Sales apps.
• Leadership across Java, SAP S/4HANA, and Salesforce development.
• Experience with AI-enabled SDLC, AWS/cloud, and DevOps practices.
• Proven record of modernization, governance, and large-budget management.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy, delivery, and support for Dealer Portals, consumer sites, Warranty and Parts apps.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with business objectives and tech strategy.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize investments and drive digital transformation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, and Digital.
• Oversee performance, security, compliance, and service delivery of applications.
• Set governance, standards, and best practices; drive modernization and integration.
• Lead organizational planning, talent development, and team performance.
• Manage vendors, partnerships, contracts, and budgets.
