Qualifications

• Business Office Manager (BOM) experience in a nursing home.
• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident billing, accounts receivable (AR), and collections across Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private pay
• Oversee Medicaid pending cases and applications from admission through approval
• Lead monthly AR aging review and follow-up
• Maintain resident trust accounts and admission financial paperwork
• Serve as the go-to contact for residents and families on financial questions
