Job summary

RAM Recruiting is seeking a Regional Business Office Manager to lead the business offices across multiple skilled nursing facilities in North Carolina, with travel to sites. This role guides operations and AR processes rather than performing day-to-day tasks.

Requirements include SNF/LTC experience and prior BOM leadership (10+ years as BOM acceptable). The position is full-time with a salary of $85,000–$105,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Regional BOM experience or 10+ years as BOM
• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities
• Lead and participate in aging / accounts receivable (AR) calls
• Oversee Medicaid pending cases through to approval
• Train new Business Office Managers (BOMs) and business office staff as needed
• Keep multiple facilities organized and on track while managing competing priorities
