Job summary

Reliant Management is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee the daily business office operations of a Skilled Nursing Facility. The BOM will manage accounts receivable, collections, billing oversight, admissions financial processing, resident trust accounts, and related business office functions while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate has SNF/LTC business office experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing knowledge, AR experience, and strong

Qualifications

• Experience in SNF or LTC business office is required.
• Billing knowledge for Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and aging reports.
• Experience with collections and reimbursement follow-up.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• PointClickCare experience preferred.
