Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A degree or post-secondary education in accounting or finance is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in billing and collections is required; experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong understanding of RCM systems, processes, and performance metrics.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to lead and develop a business office team.
• Professionalism in working with residents, families, and center leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee revenue cycle operations from pre-admission to discharge.
• Lead census management, billing, collections, adjustments, and Medicaid tracking.
