Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of credit analysis and underwriting standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates loan applications for business loans up to $3 million.
• Analyzes income and debt to determine Debt Service Coverage (DSC) ratios.
• Spreads and analyzes financial statements and tax returns for borrowers.
• Prepares cash flows and collateral valuations for loan requests.
• Decides on loan applications for approval, conditional approval, or denial.
• Maintains relationships with lenders and supports loan policy guidance.
