Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking aSenior Business Information Consultant to coordinate and consolidate impact analyses for management reporting. The role focuses on creating executive summaries, analytics, and dashboards to monitor performance and support strategic decisions.

The Senior role requires advanced SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau skills, plus experience in healthcare data and enterprise reporting platforms.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration; 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
Experience with Claims, Customer Service, and G&A strongly preferred
Advanced experience with Snowflake, including data analysis and enterprise reporting
Advanced experience with Tableau development, dashboard design, data visualization, and executive reporting
Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Python to streamline reporting workflows
Strong SQL and data analysis skills with healthcare data
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
Excellent leadership, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Consolidates and prepares executive summary reports for management decision-making.
Analyzes and designs solutions for complex business needs.
Develops reporting, dashboarding, and analytical solutions for performance monitoring.
Collaborates with business and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products.
Coordinates with internal/external auditors as needed.
Identifies opportunities to automate reporting and data preparation processes.
