Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Sr. Associate, Business Insights to support advanced analytics across clinical development operations. The role identifies data trends to deliver actionable insights and business value, enabling data‑driven decision making.

You will partner with BI and CDO teams, present findings, benchmark against industry trends, and ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards while driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years (BS) or 2+ years (MS) or 0+ years (PhD) of related experience.
• Proficiency in R or SAS (intermediate).
• Proficiency with visualization tools such as Spotfire or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Enable data‑driven insights to support BI and CDO activities.
• Partner with the BI team to identify trends and review analytics, driving actionable steps.
• Communicate context, insights, and analysis to support decision‑making.
• Present key findings at BI team meetings and develop options to mitigate delays or quality issues.
• Maintain knowledge of current systems and align them to business processes.
