AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist in Risk Based Quality Management Analytics.

You will apply machine learning and statistical methods to enable data-driven decision making across the clinical development continuum, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to deliver insights and scalable analytics solutions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in statistics/analytics or related field, 2–3 years of data science experience, and proficiency in R/Python/SQL with strong communication

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, bioinformatics, data science or equivalent field.
• 2–3 years of data science and analytics experience.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL or similar statistical packages.
• Intermediate knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques.
• Proficiency with visualization tools: Spotfire/Tableau/MicroStrategy or equivalent.
• Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics techniques preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to explain analytical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fit-for-purpose analytics solutions.
• Ensure analytical work products are consistent and user experience follows team standards.
• Apply statistical methodologies and propose additional techniques as needed.
• Enable data-driven insights for assigned projects.
• Contribute to process improvements and functional innovation when assigned.
• Adhere to applicable regulations, GCPs, ICH guidelines, and SOPs.
