Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an AVP, Business Development Officer to drive new deposit relationships and expand the bank's presence in the market. You will meet sales goals, collaborate with branch managers, and cross-sell products to existing and new clients while managing key client relationships.

You will travel within the assigned market, partner with colleagues, and use Salesforce to track activity.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct calling on prospective new clients on the phone, in person and via mail, email and other communication methods to generate deposits and fee income.
• Meets established sales goals including total deposits, number of new relationships, and products per relationship.
• Works with various partners to ensure clients have the right products to meet their needs.
• Conducts joint outside sales calls with branch associates at prospect's or client's places of business.
• Develops internal and external referral sources through centers of influence and community engagement.
• Maintains bi-annual contact with deposit customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional products.
