Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an AVP, Business Development Officer to drive outside sales and grow deposit relationships with small businesses. You will engage with branch managers, meet sales goals, and cross-sell bank products to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct calling on prospective clients to generate deposits and income.
• Meet sales goals for deposits, new relationships, and products per relationship.
• Collaborate with partners to meet client needs; refer to other bank areas as needed.
• Conduct joint outside sales calls with branch staff at client sites.
• Develop referral sources via events, activities and seminars; seek client referrals.
• Maintain bi-annual contact with deposit customers to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Promote a favorable image of the bank in the community.
• Onboard clients with the team and introduce team members to clients.
• Log sales activity in Salesforce on a weekly basis; follow sales process.
• Comply with policies, procedures, security and regulations.
• Perform other duties as required.
