Green Electronic Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to grow our presence in electronics recycling and ITAD markets. You will leverage an established network to open doors with data centers, hospitals, universities, and tech firms, driving strategic opportunities and partnerships.

You will collaborate with operations and leadership to tailor sustainable solutions, manage opportunities through to onboarding, and represent the company at industry events, accelerating growth

Qualifications

• Seasoned BD professional with established industry network.
• Proven track record in senior-level business development or partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities via your network.
• Develop strategic partnerships with data centers, hospitals, schools, IT manufacturers, and technology companies.
• Identify opportunities in electronics recycling, IT asset disposition, data centers, sustainability, or technology infrastructure.
• Manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities from contact to contract and onboarding.
• Represent GES at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Collaborate with operations to tailor solutions for customers.
• Track BD activities and expand existing relationships.
