Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent deal-making experience.
• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in staffing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client accounts.
• Strategic mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
