This role involves sourcing candidates, screening interviews, building relationships, managing end-to-end recruitment, and contributing to sales activities to grow our client base.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office.
• Some sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Spanish fluency adds a premium.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills and culture fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for a superior recruitment experience.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from posting to offer negotiation.
• Engage in sales activities to attract new clients and expand our business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the ATS.
