Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Albany, NY team. You will build long-term client relationships, close high-value deals, and drive growth by delivering tailored solutions that matter to our clients.

This role requires a proactive, results-driven approach: leveraging industry connections, prospecting at events, and using CRM to manage pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of successful consultative sales experience, preferably in Environmental Services.
• Experience with the Sandler structured sales methodology.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance, regulations, or willingness to become a subject matter expert.
• Self-starter with urgency and accountability; valid driver's license; US work authorization.

Aufgaben

• Deliver the WOW to Triumvirate's internal and external customers.
• Master and sell all service lines, collaborating with internal technical and operations teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Conduct strategic prospecting using referrals and industry events/trade shows.
• Cold call prospective companies matching target profiles.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments (RCRA, OSHA) to offer strategic advice.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Higher Education, and Healthcare.
• Utilize CRM to manage pipelines, track progress, and ensure accountability.
• Maintain a high level of sales activity in an assigned region; travel regionally; overnights may be required.
