Job summary

AI Digital is seeking a dynamic leader to drive new business development for its Smart Supply offering in major markets. You will build relationships with media planners, buyers, and senior leaders, turning segmentation into actionable sales plans and guiding a growing BDR team.

You will travel regularly to key markets, collaborate with Revenue, Growth, and Strategy teams, and shape BD best practices across the function.

Qualifications

Proven track record in new business development or sales within ad tech, programmatic advertising, digital media, or related fields.
Experience selling to holding companies and navigating agency structures.
Ability to develop and grow a sales pipeline with measurable results.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
Willingness to travel regularly and work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead new business development for AI Digital's Smart Supply offering, targeting holding companies and their agencies.
Build relationships with media planners, buyers, programmatic and investment teams, and senior media leaders.
Identify opportunities through outreach, networking, meetings, and industry events.
Translate account segmentation into clear sales and outreach plans.
Manage and develop an initial team of three BDRs, with growth potential.
Improve sales processes, strategies, and best practices for Smart Supply BD.
Partner with Revenue, Growth, Strategy, and other internal teams.
Represent AI Digital at client meetings and industry events, with regular travel to key markets.
