Job summary

Wenzel (WZL) Industries Jefferson Division seeks a Senior Business Development Executive to lead precision manufacturing sales. You will leverage a large industry network to win new customers, grow programs, and drive revenue across OEM, Tier-1 and Tier-2 accounts.

You will partner with engineering and production, provide forecasts and market insights, and represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings.

Qualifications

10+ years selling CNC machined components to OEM, Tier-1, or Tier-2 manufacturers.
Strong technical knowledge: GD&T, tolerances, cycle times, and manufacturability.
Proven track record in B2B technical and manufacturing sales.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across core markets.
Leverage existing industry relationships to win new customers and expand revenue.
Lead the full sales cycle: outreach, RFQ, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Own and grow existing accounts — expanding programs, volumes, and relationships.
Collaborate with engineering and production to align opportunities with WZL Jefferson's capabilities.
Provide accurate forecasts, market intelligence, and pipeline visibility to leadership.
Represent WZL Jefferson professionally at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
