Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, precision manufacturing, tooling, and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Engineering team.
• Manage engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Partner with Operations, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales.
