Job summary

WiredScore Ltd. is seeking a Head of Business Development for the Southwest Markets, based in Denver. This remote role focuses on developing growth across Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah, building the pipeline and closing strategic opportunities with owners, landlords, and brokers.

You will own the market end-to-end, becoming the go-to representative for WiredScore and Meter in the local commercial real estate community, with regular travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record in sales or business development.
• Deep knowledge of the commercial real estate ecosystem (office).
• Strong network of market relationships to activate.
• Self-sufficient hunter mentality and ability to build without heavy support.
• Comfortable with travel and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build WiredScore and Meter's presence across the Southwest/Mountain market.
• Develop and close opportunities with real estate owners and landlords.
• Build partnerships with brokers and other CRE stakeholders.
• Own the territory end-to-end: map the market, prospect, open opportunities and close deals.
• Become a recognized face of WiredScore and Meter in the local CRE community.
