WiredScore Ltd. is seeking a Head of Business Development for Southeast Markets, based in Atlanta.

This leadership role focuses on building and owning the pipeline across the Southeast, targeting real estate owners, landlords, and brokers to expand WiredScore and Meter’s presence in commercial real estate. You will act as a hunter, developing opportunities from scratch, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and traveling regularly within the region.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development experience and the ability to build pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of the office real estate ecosystem and decision makers.
• Existing network in the Atlanta CRE market is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region.

Responsibilities

• Build WiredScore and Meter's presence across the Southeast market.
• Develop and close opportunities with real estate owners and landlords.
• Build partnerships with brokers and other CRE stakeholders.
• Own your territory end-to-end: map the market, prospect, open opportunities and close deals.
• Become a recognised face of WiredScore and Meter within the local CRE community.
