Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Life Sciences oriented Business Development Executive to drive profitable sales with existing clients and win new business across the Midwest and Southwest Territories. You will collaborate with BD, Quality and Operations to expand services and maximize pricing opportunities.

The role requires strategic selling of injectable and solid-dose packaging, with travel to client sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 5–10 years of experience or training.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with various programs.
• Full professional proficiency in English for speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to new clients in designated regions via email and calls; share market trends with team.
• Update databases with opportunities and client data; expand relationships and cross-sell services.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within parameters; travel to meetings, conventions, and tradeshows.
• Collaborate with BD colleagues to drive cross-selling and with Quality/Operations to improve industry knowledge.
