Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to manage accounts in the Southwest territory and beyond. The role aims to meet and exceed annual sales targets by building and nurturing relationships with current and prospective customers.

The candidate will update Salesforce daily, prepare monthly activity reports, and coordinate with operations to understand project requirements for accurate quotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–10 years related experience.
• College level mathematical skills.
• Intermediate computer skills with common software knowledge.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong reasoning to solve practical problems with varying instructions.
• Other required skills as listed in job description.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts within sales territory.
• Achieve annual sales target.
• Update Salesforce daily detailing client activity and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly Salesforce reports.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Prepare annual Sales Plan.
• Participate in tradeshows, exhibits, seminars and professional organizations.
• Organize and participate in customer visits.
• Maintain knowledge of PCI's service offering and market trends.
• Negotiate quotations, CDAs and MSAs.
• Lead and prepare client QBRs with internal teams as needed.
