Job summary

Veta Virtual Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate for a 100% remote role. You will split time between creating demand for Remote Talent (60%) and supporting Client Experience (40%), reporting to Veta leadership and collaborating with the CX lead.

You will own your pipeline, run outbound outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn), qualify leads, and lead discovery and sales meetings to win new clients for a services business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B business development, sales, or account management.
• Fluent, near-native English with strong communication.
• Experience in selling remote staffing or B2B services is a plus.
• Ability to explain ROI of remote hires to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound outreach to US/Canada business owners and decision-makers.
• Qualify leads and conduct discovery and sales meetings.
• Own and manage pipeline in CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Support onboarding and ensure smooth client handoffs.
