Qualifications

• Leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite business loans to assess credit risk and policy compliance.
• Maintain an individual production pipeline and support team goals.
• Review financial and credit information for complex credit structures up to $10MM.
• Utilize authority to approve credits up to $4MM and collaborate with risk teams.
• Mentor new hires and support broader UW job families as needed.
