• 7+ years' experience in business/commercial underwriting in a centralized lending environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an individual pipeline of work to support Business Banking production.
• Reviews financial and credit information to make sound credit decisions for complex exposures up to $10MM.
• Exercises single approval authority up to $4MM.
• Assess risk profile of borrowers and ensure policy compliance.
• Mentors and trains new hires and supports UW families as needed.
• Collaborates with credit and segment risk to meet department goals.
