Responsibilities

• Maintains an individual pipeline of work to support Business Banking production.
• Reviews financial and credit information to make sound credit decisions; loans up to $10MM.
• Utilizes single approval authority up to $4MM.
• Assess risk profile of borrowers and collaborate with credit and risk teams.
• Mentor and support new hires and other UW job families as needed.
• Performs other duties to support the line of business.
