Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 3-4 years leadership/management experience preferred.
• Ability to underwrite credit exposures above $4MM and provide decisions without additional signers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet resources.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite Business Banking loans to determine credit worthiness and compliance with policy.
• Maintain an individual pipeline of work in support of production.
• Review financial and credit information to make sound credit decisions on complex loans up to $10MM.
• Utilize authority for approvals up to $4MM.
• Mentor and train new hires as needed.
