Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and commercial credit underwriting.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-directed, proactive and able to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 80–100 business clients; support credit deals up to $15M.
• Deliver customized banking solutions and deepen client relationships.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls to cultivate primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank for personal solutions.
• Follow risk policies and regulatory requirements to protect the firm.
