Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years sales and 3+ years managing business banking or commercial relationships preferred.
• Credit risk experience or training required; underwriting experience a plus.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and deliver a positive client experience.
• Strong business acumen with financial statement analysis and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Commercial & Treasury Management services and financing options.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients via referrals, centers, and networks.
• Develop tailored relationship strategies with product partners.
• Attend industry events to broaden networks and knowledge.
• Retain and grow long-term profitable client relationships.
• Cross-sell Fifth Third products to business customers.
• Plan and conduct relationship strategy and reviews with partners.
• Coordinate client-facing activities including credit support.
• Use CRM for activity tracking and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers on requests.
• Monitor credit risk and asset quality; ensure compliant actions.
• Complete administrative tasks timely.
