Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience; minimum of 3 years managing business banking or commercial relationships preferred.
• Formalized credit training or equivalent credit risk experience required. Underwriting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build new and existing client business and provide a positive client experience.
• Strong business acumen, to include detailed analysis and financial statement review.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients by utilizing referral sources, existing clients, financial centers and centers of influence.
• Cross-sell all applicable banking products and services to an existing portfolio of business customers and their owners/senior management.
• Attend community and industry forums to broaden relationship networks and knowledge of trends and competition.
• Retain and grow long-term profitable client relationships.
• Coordinate all client-facing activities including credit support and other product partners.
• Conduct relationship strategy and review meetings with product partners.
• Utilize CRM for client activity tracking and pipeline management.
