Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years Commercial Banking experience, at least 5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Underwriting experience preferred.
• Proven track record of partnership with investment bankers to provide strategic and capital market advice.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen relationships and acquire new prospects.
• Attend industry events to broaden networks and deepen knowledge of trends.
• Analyze financial information to tailor banking solutions for clients.
• Meet with customers regularly to strengthen the trusted advisor relationship.
• Utilize CRM and call reports to manage activity and pipeline.
