Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services; knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 80-100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; provide deposits and cash management, and support large credit deals up to ~$15M.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with tailored business banking solutions.
• Utilize knowledge of treasury products and partner with specialists to onboard clients and deliver full suite of products and services.
• Conduct regular in-person or virtual calls with clients and centers of influence to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Understand personal financial goals of owners and collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of new accounts and services; follow up to determine additional solutions and digital capability needs.
• Adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements to protect the firm.
