Deliver a high‑touch experience by building relationships, providing financial advice, and leveraging referrals to deepen existing relationships and win new business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services; knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 80-100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; support credit deals up to ~$15M.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients with tailored banking solutions.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit and risk management to identify and promote solutions that benefit the client and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals and centers of influence to cultivate long-term banking relationships.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals and liaise with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver appropriate personal financial solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end‑to‑end delivery of new accounts and products; follow up post-opening to offer additional solutions.
